Venetian Blind System
The Astralux 2000 Venetian Blind System is designed for use in commercial environments where ease of operation, low maintenance and durability are required.
Description
This solar shading system consists of a steel head and bottom rail and aluminium or wooden slats. The slats can be tilted to accurately attenuate the amount of light entering the space.

OPERATION
Electric Operation
From a simple switch to automatic
control via sensors and links to BMS
controls.
Mono Control
Where a continuous bead chain operates
both the tilting of the slats and the raising
and lowering of the blind.
A child safety device is provided.
Gear Operation
Slats tilted and raised and lowered by a crank handle. Can be fixed or
detachable to prevent unauthorised use
Cord & Wand Operation
The blind is raised and lowered by cords and tilted by a wand. Can be positioned either or opposite sides of the blind. Child safety options available
Partition Control
Various control options for blinds fitted in between glazing - partitions and coupled sash windows
OPTIONS
Guide Wires
Guide wires are fitted through the slats and prevent excessive movement of the blind in highly ventilated areas.
Hold Down Brackets
Small brakets are used to hold the bottom slat in position. Ideal for opening windows and doors
Audio-Visual
Headox and side channels help to significantly reduce light ingress around
the extremities of the blind
Shaped Blind
Venetina blinds can be made to fit shaped glazing
