This new build office incorporated a circular entrance with glazed rooflight panels. Dearnleys were asked to advise on how to control light gain using internal blinds.

Dearnleys proposed the Astralux 6000 louvre blind system with aluminium slats which can operate in any plane and allows for a fine adjustment over light levels.

As the blinds were 13m above ground floor level these systems were motorised with control via radio control (wireless) switching.

When Dearnleys commissioned the blinds they were programmed to work in groups with a master override to operate all blinds together when needed.
